Our commitment: Five operational subsidiaries with certified local teams. Your technical contact speaks your language, is physically present in your country and owns project responsibility end-to-end.

Vendor certifications

The reality: The quality of an IT deployment depends directly on the certification level of the engineers who execute it.

Our commitment: Our engineers are certified by the software publishers and hardware vendors we represent. Each subsidiary has at minimum one senior certified engineer per area of expertise.

Proof: certification list by subsidiary available on request, updated quarterly.

Referenced on public and international tenders

The reality: Government bodies, ministries and international donors require pre-qualified providers experienced in following strict procedures.

Our commitment: Sylamtech is referenced on public procurement markets in several of its countries of operation and has delivered projects for the leading international donors. We support our clients from drafting the terms of reference (ToR) through to technical acceptance.

Contractual service commitment

The reality: A "best effort" maintenance contract guarantees nothing. Critical incidents are often resolved well beyond acceptable timeframes.

Our commitment: Our service contracts specify contractual response time (GTI) and resolution time (GTR) SLAs, defined by application criticality and by site. Our spare parts inventory is positioned locally.

Proof: SLA compliance rate published in monthly steering committees.

Vendor independence

The reality: Too many providers systematically "push" the same solution, regardless of the client's actual problem.

Our commitment: We represent multiple vendors in each area of expertise. The solution we recommend is the one that fits your need, not the one that maximizes our margin.

Proof: our catalog covers multiple alternatives in each category (Fortinet AND Sophos in network security, for example).
