An IT infrastructure that stays up while you work.
Servers, storage, network, public cloud, end-user workstations. Sylamtech.GROUP has delivered over 300 infrastructure projects (datacenters, cloud migrations, fleet rollouts) for banks, institutions and leading SMEs in West Africa with HPE Silver Partner, AWS Select Partner, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Synology, Cisco (Premier), MikroTik, Ubiquiti and Google Workspace Partner.

challenges
- Critical availability: ensure 24/7 operation for business applications, even in the event of hardware failure or network outage
- Controlled growth: scale your infrastructure without having to rebuild everything at each growth stage
- Cloud hybridization: combine on-premise resources, regional datacenter and public cloud, with no disruption for users
- Fleet renewal: deploy and maintain hundreds of workstations across multiple sites and multiple countries
- Cost optimization: rationalize servers, pool storage, automate backup and recovery

FAQ
Do you maintain equipment across all your operating countries?
Yes. Our five subsidiaries have certified engineers and spare parts inventories for the leading brands (HPE, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco). Service commitments are defined contractually per site.
Can you take over an existing infrastructure that you did not install?
Yes. We systematically perform an onboarding audit before taking over the management of an existing fleet.
Which network architecture do you recommend?
It depends on the number of sites, users and your business-critical applications. Our initial audit determines the optimal combination (Cisco for large-scale cores, MikroTik for cost-optimized deployments, Ubiquiti for multi-site Wi-Fi).
Can you support a cloud migration?
Yes, using lift-and-shift, replatforming or refactoring approaches depending on your applications. Our teams are certified on AWS and Google Workspace.
